Ground Beef Greek Yogurt Cottage Cheese

This healthier Ground Beef Stroganoff is a delicious ground beef and mushroom mixture, in a flossy greek yogurt sauce! Information technology's slap-up served on its own, over egg noodles, or rice.

Most traditional beefiness stroganoff recipes have ingredients like: heavy cream, sour cream, more butter, or canned mushroom soup. Our lightened upwardly version has less butter, and uses Greek yogurt: a gut-healthy, protein-packed alternative that gives it a creamy consistency!

How to make Ground Beef Stroganoff
- In a large skillet, rut olive oil over medium-high oestrus. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink (breaking autonomously and occasionally stirring).

- Turn off the heat, and transfer the beef to a bowl. Comprehend, and set aside.

Recipe Notes
- Beefiness: I used 85% lean grass-fed footing beefiness, then there was no need to drain the meat. However, if you are using a college fat content meat, y'all may want to bleed it before setting it aside in a bowl.
- Serve over: Egg noodles, pastas, dark-brown or white rice.
- Keto-friendly pick: For a low-carb repast, eat the beef mixture on information technology's own, or served over cauliflower rice!

How to Store Ground Beef Stroganoff
- For Best Results: Shop split from pasta or rice.
- FRIDGE: Leftovers can be refrigerated for upward to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop until heated through.

- 1/ii tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
