This healthier Ground Beef Stroganoff is a delicious ground beef and mushroom mixture, in a flossy greek yogurt sauce! Information technology's slap-up served on its own, over egg noodles, or rice.

How to make Ground Beef Stroganoff

Recipe Notes

  • Beefiness: I used 85% lean grass-fed footing beefiness, then there was no need to drain the meat. However, if you are using a college fat content meat, y'all may want to bleed it before setting it aside in a bowl.
  • Serve over: Egg noodles, pastas, dark-brown or white rice.
  • Keto-friendly pick: For a low-carb repast, eat the beef mixture on information technology's own, or served over cauliflower rice!

How to Store Ground Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 lb ground beef (I used 85% lean grass-fed, see notes)
  • 1/ii tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • ane Tbsp olive oil (can eliminate if using non-stick pan)
